RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We take pride in offering high-quality eco-friendly packaging products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and cancellation guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Unused products in original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items
  • Customized or branded orders
  • Bulk orders made specifically for your requirements
  • Clearance or discounted items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email Support@ecologisticsstation.comwith your order number and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the items back as instructed.
  4. Upon inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Customized or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect items. The process follows the same steps as a return.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
